i want somebody
to hold me close
and put a temporary hold upon my heart
are you that body
to keep me warm
avoid all conversations they’ll only tear us apart
i have no regrets for all the pleasure
it’s my desire
domesticated love is such a bore
if you say you want more I have to show you the door
don’t want to
don’t want to be
everything you need
the thrill of comfort
the bliss of spice
to be touched
has never felt so nice
to crave connection
the smallest amount will do
your so turned on and I’m turned off and there’s
nothing left to do
i have no regrets for all the pleasure
it’s my desire
domesticated love is such a bore
if you say you want more I have to show you the door
don’t want to
don’t want to be
everything you need
everything you need

Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
This Calgary group makes goth-y post-punk attired in the brightly colorful arrangements of bleep-boop synthesized psychedelia. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 3, 2024
